A Norwegian organization number used as an identifier must be stated in the correct format. Norwegian organization numbers (schemeID 0192) are nine digits with a MOD-11 check digit, so this Peppol rule flags values that do not conform.

Common causes
- Organization number not nine digits long
- Check digit failure from a mistyped digit
- Prefix or suffix text (e.g. NO or MVA) included where only the bare number is expected
