Refund & cancellation policy

Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for einvoicecheck.eu. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The service is intended for business customers only.
Cancellation
- Cancel renewal anytime via the Manage subscription link in your dashboard (Lemon Squeezy customer portal).
- If the portal link is unavailable, email support@einvoicecheck.eu from your account email with your request.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid access until then.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in the current billing period when you cancel.
- We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges promptly when notified with reasonable evidence.
- Statutory rights that cannot be excluded (including remedies for material non-conformity of digital services where applicable) remain unaffected.
- Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds or chargebacks at its discretion to prevent payment disputes; see their refund documentation.
Free tier
The Free plan costs nothing — no payment or refund applies.
