Out-of-court dispute resolution

For disputes that qualify under applicable law, we recognise out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (IRPS) through bodies registered in Slovenia. A current list is published by the Slovenian government at gov.si — IRPS. Contact support@einvoicecheck.eu first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
