Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 · rule
IS-R-003
What does IS-R-003 mean? If seller is icelandic then it shall contain his address with street name and zip code — Ef seljandi er íslenskur þá skal heimilisfang seljanda innihalda götuheiti og póstnúmer (BT-35 og BT-38).
Why did my invoice fail IS-R-003?
If the seller is Icelandic, the invoice shall contain the seller's address including street name (BT-35) and post code (BT-38). This Peppol BIS 3.0 Icelandic country rule guarantees a complete seller postal address; in UBL these are cac:PostalAddress/cbc:StreetName and cbc:PostalZone on the supplier party.

Common causes
- StreetName or PostalZone element missing from the seller PostalAddress
- Address details put in a free-text address line instead of the structured elements
How do I fix it?
<cac:PostalAddress> <cbc:StreetName>Laugavegur 1</cbc:StreetName> <cbc:CityName>Reykjavik</cbc:CityName> <cbc:PostalZone>101</cbc:PostalZone> <cac:Country><cbc:IdentificationCode>IS</cbc:IdentificationCode></cac:Country> </cac:PostalAddress>
