What does GR-R-002 mean? Greek Suppliers must provide their full name as they are registered in the Greek Business Registry (G.E.MH.) as a legal entity or in the Tax Registry as a natural person

Why did my invoice fail GR-R-002?

Greek suppliers must state their full name exactly as registered in the Greek Business Registry (G.E.MH.) for legal entities, or in the Tax Registry for natural persons. Using the official registered name lets Greek receivers and authorities match the invoice to the registered taxpayer. In UBL the registered name is cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationName.
