GR-R-001-6
What does GR-R-001-6 mean? When Supplier is Greek, the Invoice Id fifth segment must not be empty
Why did my invoice fail GR-R-001-6?
For Greek suppliers, the fifth segment of the Invoice number must not be empty. Every one of the six segments of the Greek composite invoice identifier must carry a value (this one typically holds the invoice series), so an empty fifth segment makes the identifier invalid.
Official rule text
When Supplier is Greek, the Invoice Id fifth segment must not be empty
Common causes
- Invoice series left blank for series-less numbering (Greece still requires a value)
- Two consecutive separators producing an empty segment
- Trimming logic removing the series value
