What does UBL-SR-24 mean? Deliver to information shall occur maximum once
Why did my invoice fail UBL-SR-24?
The Deliver-to information group (BG-15), represented by cac:Delivery in the invoice, may appear at most once. EN 16931 supports a single delivery location and delivery party per invoice, so only one cac:Delivery element is allowed.
Official rule text
Deliver to information shall occur maximum once
Common causes
- One cac:Delivery block is emitted per invoice line or per shipment instead of a single invoice-level delivery.
- Delivery date and deliver-to address are split into two separate cac:Delivery elements.
- A loop over delivery events writes multiple Delivery elements.
How do I fix it?
Consolidate into a single cac:Delivery holding cbc:ActualDeliveryDate, cac:DeliveryLocation and cac:DeliveryParty, and remove any additional cac:Delivery elements at the document level.
