UBL-CR-670
What does UBL-CR-670 mean? A UBL invoice should not include a Price Allowance Reason
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-670?
A UBL invoice should not include a Price Allowance Reason. In EN 16931 the price allowance group under cac:Price is only used to derive the item gross price versus net price (via cbc:Amount and cbc:BaseAmount); a Price Allowance Reason is not part of the semantic model there. Remove it — document- and line-level allowances (BG-20/BG-27) are where reasons and percentages belong.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include a Price Allowance Reason
Common causes
- Line-level allowance data mapped into the price AllowanceCharge instead of cac:InvoiceLine/cac:AllowanceCharge
- Full UBL AllowanceCharge structure emitted for the price discount
- Percentage-based price discount expressed with MultiplierFactorNumeric instead of amounts
