What does UBL-CR-668 mean? A UBL invoice should not include a Sellers Item Identification schemeID

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-668?

A UBL invoice should not include a Sellers Item Identification schemeID. EN 16931 restricts the use of schemeID attributes to the identifiers where the standard explicitly defines one; on this element the attribute carries no meaning in the semantic model, so it should not appear. Drop the schemeID attribute and send the identifier as plain element content.
