Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-574?
The official rule states: "A UBL invoice should not include the InvoiceLine Item BuyersItemIdentification MeasurementDimension". The MeasurementDimension element under InvoiceLine/Item (Item/BuyersItemIdentification) exists in the generic UBL 2.1 schema but is not mapped to any EN 16931 business term, so a core-compliant invoice must leave it out. Receivers validating against EN 16931 will flag it because data in unmapped elements cannot be reliably processed. EN 16931 uses only the plain identifier: cac:BuyersItemIdentification/cbc:ID (BT-156).

Common causes
- A UBL generator emitting all optional children of cac:BuyersItemIdentification instead of only cbc:ID
- Copying an order or catalogue UBL structure, where these children are common, into the invoice
- Mapping product-master data wholesale into the item identification block
