What does UBL-CR-419 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PaymentMeans CardAccount IssueNumberID
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-419?
The UBL element cac:PaymentMeans/cac:CardAccount/cbc:IssueNumberID should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. Card issue numbers are outside the core model's payment card group (BG-18); only the masked account number (BT-87) and card holder name (BT-88) may be given.

Common causes
- Legacy card fields (issue number) exported from the payment system
- Emitting every CardAccount sub-element supported by UBL 2.1
