What does UBL-CR-418 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PaymentMeans CardAccount IssuerID
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-418?
The UBL element cac:PaymentMeans/cac:CardAccount/cbc:IssuerID should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. The card issuer identifier has no business term in the core model's payment card group (BG-18), which carries only the masked card number and holder name.

- Issuer/bank identifiers from the payment processor mapped into CardAccount
- Full-fidelity card data serialization
