What does UBL-CR-416 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PaymentMeans CardAccount ValidityStartDate

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-416?

The UBL element cac:PaymentMeans/cac:CardAccount/cbc:ValidityStartDate should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. The card information group (BG-18) is limited to the masked account number and holder name; card validity dates are sensitive payment data with no business term in the core model.
