What does UBL-CR-401 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the DeliveryParty ServiceProviderParty
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-401?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryParty/cac:ServiceProviderParty should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. Service-provider relationships of the deliver-to party are outside the core invoice model and must be omitted.

- Reuse of richer UBL party structures from other document types
- Generic serialization of all party sub-elements
