What does UBL-CR-398 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the DeliveryParty Contact
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-398?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryParty/cac:Contact should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. Contact details (name, phone, email) are defined only for seller and buyer in the core model; the deliver-to party supports no contact group.

Common causes
- Warehouse contact person mapped into the delivery party
- Party serializer emitting Contact for every party it renders
