What does UBL-CR-396 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the DeliveryParty PartyTaxScheme
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-396?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryParty/cac:PartyTaxScheme should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. VAT registration information exists only for the seller, buyer and tax representative in the core model; the deliver-to party carries no tax data.

Common causes
- Reusing seller/buyer party mapping code that emits PartyTaxScheme
- Including the delivery party's VAT number from the party master
