What does UBL-CR-390 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the DeliveryParty EndpointID

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-390?

The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryParty/cbc:EndpointID should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. Electronic addresses (endpoint IDs) are defined only for the seller (BT-34) and buyer (BT-49); the deliver-to party has no endpoint business term.
