What does UBL-CR-385 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery CarrierParty
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-385?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:CarrierParty should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. The core standard's delivery information (BG-13) covers the deliver-to party, location and date only; carrier details are transport-document information outside the invoice model.

A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery CarrierParty
Common causes
- Freight/carrier data from a logistics system included in the invoice export
- Reusing a despatch advice UBL structure
- Confusing the carrier with the deliver-to party (BT-70)
