UBL-CR-377
What does UBL-CR-377 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Address TimezoneOffset
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-377?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cbc:TimezoneOffset should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. A timezone offset has no corresponding business term in the core standard's deliver-to address, so validators reject its presence to keep documents within the agreed core model.
Official rule text

Common causes
- Automatic mapping of a location record that includes timezone data
- Reuse of a logistics/transport UBL profile where TimezoneOffset is meaningful
- Library defaults populating every address sub-element
