UBL-CR-375
What does UBL-CR-375 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Address Region
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-375?
The UBL element cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cbc:Region should not be used in an EN 16931 invoice. Regional information for the deliver-to address is only supported through the country subdivision element (BT-79); the separate Region field is not part of the core invoice model.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Address Region
Common causes
- Region field of the ERP address mapped to cbc:Region instead of cbc:CountrySubentity
- Populating both Region and CountrySubentity with the same value
- Full UBL address dump without filtering to EN 16931-supported elements
