What does UBL-CR-369 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Address Department
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-369?
The invoice should not contain the Department element on the delivery address (cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address/cbc:Department). EN 16931 has no department term in the deliver-to address (BG-15); department or attention information should go in an address line or be handled outside the address structure.

Common causes
- A department/attention field from the source system is mapped to cbc:Department instead of an address line
- Reuse of a full UBL 2.1 address template with all optional children
