UBL-CR-358
What does UBL-CR-358 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation ValidityPeriod
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-358?
The invoice should not contain the ValidityPeriod element inside DeliveryLocation (cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:ValidityPeriod). EN 16931 has no concept of a validity period for the delivery location; the invoiced-period business terms (BT-73/BT-74) are document-level and carried in cac:InvoicePeriod instead.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation ValidityPeriod
Common causes
- An invoicing or delivery period is mapped onto the location instead of cac:InvoicePeriod (BG-14)
- Schema-complete serialisation of the UBL Location type
