UBL-CR-354
What does UBL-CR-354 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation CountrySubentityCode
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-354?
The invoice should not contain the CountrySubentityCode element on DeliveryLocation (cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:CountrySubentityCode). EN 16931 expresses the deliver-to country subdivision as text (BT-79) inside the delivery address; a coded subdivision at location level has no business term in the core model.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation CountrySubentityCode
Common causes
- A region code (e.g. ISO 3166-2) is emitted instead of, or in addition to, the textual CountrySubentity inside the address
- Schema-complete serialisation of the UBL Location type
