What does UBL-CR-352 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Conditions
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-352?
The invoice should not contain the Conditions element inside DeliveryLocation (cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:Conditions). Delivery conditions have no business term in the EN 16931 delivery group; delivery terms are outside the core invoice model.

Common causes
- Incoterms or delivery conditions are mapped into the DeliveryLocation structure
- A full UBL Location structure is emitted without pruning
