What does UBL-CR-351 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery DeliveryLocation Description
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-351?
The invoice should not contain the Description element inside DeliveryLocation (cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:Description). EN 16931 models the delivery location as an identifier (BT-71) plus a structured address (BG-15); a free-text location description is outside the core model.

Common causes
- A textual description of the delivery place is emitted alongside the identifier and address
- Schema-complete serialisation of the UBL Location type
