What does UBL-CR-347 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the Delivery LatestDeliveryDate
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-347?
The invoice should not contain the LatestDeliveryDate element on the Delivery structure (cac:Delivery/cbc:LatestDeliveryDate). EN 16931 supports only the actual delivery date (BT-72); planned or latest delivery dates are ordering data outside the invoice core model.

- Order/contract delivery deadlines are copied into the invoice's Delivery block
- Confusion between actual and latest delivery dates in the mapping
