What does UBL-CR-340 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PowerOfAttorney
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-340?
The invoice should not contain the PowerOfAttorney element under the tax representative party (cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PowerOfAttorney). EN 16931 does not model powers of attorney; the tax representative is described only by name, VAT identifier and postal address, so this structure is outside the core.
