UBL-CR-335
What does UBL-CR-335 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PartyLegalEntity
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-335?
The invoice should not contain the PartyLegalEntity element under the tax representative party (cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity). EN 16931 models the tax representative (BG-11) with only name (BT-62), VAT identifier (BT-63) and postal address (BG-12); legal-entity registration details are defined for seller and buyer, not the tax representative.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PartyLegalEntity
Common causes
- The same party-building code used for the seller (where PartyLegalEntity is required) is reused for the tax representative
- Company registration data is exported for every party in the invoice
