UBL-CR-334
What does UBL-CR-334 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PartyTaxScheme TaxScheme JurisdictionRegionAddress
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-334?
The invoice should not contain the JurisdictionRegionAddress element inside the tax representative's TaxScheme (cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PartyTaxScheme/cac:TaxScheme/cac:JurisdictionRegionAddress). EN 16931 does not model tax jurisdiction addresses; the tax scheme is identified by cbc:ID alone, so this structure is outside the core.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PartyTaxScheme TaxScheme JurisdictionRegionAddress
Common causes
- Tax jurisdiction data from the source system is serialised into the invoice
- Reuse of a full UBL 2.1 template without pruning non-core elements
