UBL-CR-325
What does UBL-CR-325 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PhysicalLocation
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-325?
The invoice should not contain the PhysicalLocation element under the tax representative party (cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PhysicalLocation). EN 16931 models the tax representative (BG-11) with only a name, VAT identifier and postal address; a separate physical location structure is not part of the core model.
Official rule text
A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty PhysicalLocation
Common causes
- The party structure is copied from a UBL document type or template that includes PhysicalLocation
- Location data was mapped to PhysicalLocation instead of the supported cac:PostalAddress (BG-12)
