What does UBL-CR-296 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the TaxRepresentativeParty MarkCareIndicator
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-296?
cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cbc:MarkCareIndicator is a UBL element with no business term in EN 16931 and should not be included. The seller's tax representative (BG-11) carries only its name, VAT identifier and postal address.

Common causes
- Generic UBL serializer emitting boolean indicators with default values
- Full party object copied into TaxRepresentativeParty without the EN 16931 filter
