Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-281?
cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyLiquidationStatusCode is outside the EN 16931 subset and should not be included. No liquidation-status information is defined anywhere in the core invoice model.

Common causes
- Registry/master-data record serialized in full into PartyLegalEntity
- Custom compliance data placed in unused UBL elements instead of an extension
