Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-280?

cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:SoleProprietorshipIndicator is a UBL element with no EN 16931 business term, so it should not appear in a compliant invoice. The payee legal-entity block is restricted to CompanyID (BT-61).
