What does UBL-CR-278 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PayeeParty PartyLegalEntity CompanyLegalFormCode
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-278?
cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyLegalFormCode has no corresponding business term for the payee in EN 16931 and should not be included. Legal-form information exists in the model only as free text for the seller (BT-33), not for the payee.

Common causes
- Mapping the legal form (e.g. GmbH, d.o.o.) for every party rather than only the seller
- Reusing the seller PartyLegalEntity mapping for the payee
