What does UBL-CR-277 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PayeeParty PartyLegalEntity RegistrationExpirationDate
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-277?
cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationExpirationDate is not part of the EN 16931 semantic model and should not appear in the invoice. The payee's legal-entity block is limited to the legal registration identifier (BT-61).

Common causes
- Full legal-entity record exported from company master data
- Custom fields mapped onto unused UBL elements instead of being dropped
