What does UBL-CR-276 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PayeeParty PartyLegalEntity RegistrationDate
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-276?
cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationDate has no business term in EN 16931 and should not be included. In the payee's PartyLegalEntity only the CompanyID (payee legal registration identifier, BT-61) is used.

- Company registry data dumped wholesale into the PartyLegalEntity block
- Generic UBL library serializing every populated field of the legal-entity object
