What does UBL-CR-273 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the PayeeParty PhysicalLocation
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-273?
cac:PayeeParty/cac:PhysicalLocation is outside the EN 16931 subset of UBL and should not be included in an invoice. The Payee group (BG-10) carries no location information at all.

Common causes
- Full UBL party object serialized without filtering to the EN 16931 subset
- Warehouse or branch location data copied into the payee block by an ERP mapping
