What does UBL-CR-195 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the AccountingSupplierParty Party ServiceProviderParty

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-195?

This EN 16931 rule warns when the UBL element cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:ServiceProviderParty is present: the invoice should not include a service provider party nested under the seller. EN 16931 does not model service providers (e.g. e-invoicing intermediaries) inside the invoice; routing is handled by the transport infrastructure, and only the parties defined by the standard may appear. The element is not forbidden by UBL itself, but it lies outside the EN 16931 core invoice model, so remove it to keep the invoice fully conformant and interoperable.
