What does UBL-CR-188 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the AccountingSupplierParty Party PartyLegalEntity ShareholderParty

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-188?

This EN 16931 rule warns when the UBL element cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cac:ShareholderParty is present: the invoice should not include shareholder party details under the seller legal entity. Shareholder information is not part of the EN 16931 seller model, which is limited to identification, name, address, tax and legal registration data plus a contact. The element is not forbidden by UBL itself, but it lies outside the EN 16931 core invoice model, so remove it to keep the invoice fully conformant and interoperable.
