What does UBL-CR-187 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the AccountingSupplierParty Party PartyLegalEntity HeadOfficeParty

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-187?

This EN 16931 rule warns when the UBL element cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cac:HeadOfficeParty is present: the invoice should not include a nested head office party under the seller legal entity. EN 16931 models exactly one seller party (BG-4); nested related parties such as a head office are outside the core model and would be ignored or rejected by receivers. The element is not forbidden by UBL itself, but it lies outside the EN 16931 core invoice model, so remove it to keep the invoice fully conformant and interoperable.
