What does UBL-CR-182 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the AccountingSupplierParty Party PartyLegalEntity CompanyLiquidationStatusCode

Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-182?

This EN 16931 rule warns when the UBL element cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyLiquidationStatusCode is present: the invoice should not include a liquidation status code for the seller's company. EN 16931 does not model company status; if liquidation status must be conveyed, the free-text additional legal information (BT-33, cbc:CompanyLegalForm) is the only core-model slot for such details. The element is not forbidden by UBL itself, but it lies outside the EN 16931 core invoice model, so remove it to keep the invoice fully conformant and interoperable.
