What does UBL-CR-013 mean? A UBL invoice should not include the InvoicePeriod EndTime
Why did my invoice fail UBL-CR-013?
The cbc:EndTime element inside cac:InvoicePeriod should not be included. EN 16931 models the invoicing period with dates only (BT-73/BT-74), not times.

Common causes
- Datetime-based billing period exported with times
- Copying a UBL 2.1 sample with all period fields populated
