SI-ESLOG-R003
What does SI-ESLOG-R003 mean? The invoice does not state a document currency code (BT-5). Provide an ISO 4217 currency (e.g. EUR).
Why did my invoice fail SI-ESLOG-R003?
An e-SLOG 2.0 invoice must declare its document currency (BT-5) as an ISO 4217 code, e.g. EUR. All amounts on the invoice are interpreted in this currency, so omitting it makes the monetary content ambiguous. Add the currency code to the document.
Official rule text
The invoice does not state a document currency code (BT-5). Provide an ISO 4217 currency (e.g. EUR).
Common causes
- Currency element omitted because the system assumes EUR implicitly
- A currency symbol or non-ISO value (e.g. "€") used instead of the 3-letter code
- Lowercase code ("eur") instead of "EUR"
