What does DE-R-003 mean? If both supplier and customer are located in Germany, the element "Seller city" (BT-37) shall be provided.

Why did my invoice fail DE-R-003?

A Peppol BIS 3.0 national rule for Germany: when both supplier and customer are located in Germany, the seller city (BT-37) must be provided. A complete seller postal address is mandatory for domestic German invoices. In UBL the element is cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:CityName.
